Myla - Plus Loft Near Centro Historico

Quality location and stay Positive: The location of the apartment, essentially at the crossroads of 4 primary neighborhoods, is ideal to those that like to walk and see the city. Walking 10-15 minutes north puts you on a major pedestrian zone and maybe another 10-15 minutes walk to Constitution Plaza (Centro Historical). Roma and Juarez (Zona Rosa) are within 20 minutes walk and Condesa is not much further. 7-11 is on the corner, Mercado Juarez, a local market for meats, fruits and veggies is 5 minutes away, and Sumesa, a full service grocery, is 10-15 minutes. For those that cook, the kitchen is well stocked with quality pots/pans, dishes and silverware. And for being in the center of the city, it is pretty quiet. Negative: Lighting in the bathroom is borderline terrible. There is only 1 small recessed light above the toilet that works more like a spotlight on the toilet. The shower is not lit very well and the sink and mirror are worse. Despite having high quality towels, the sheets are a poly blend and a bit scratchy against skin.
